The Nazra Department in a madrasa is dedicated to teaching students the correct recitation of the Quran by focusing on reading (Nazra) with proper pronunciation (Tajweed).

Under this department, students are taught to read the Quran with correct pronunciation and articulation, as well as complete Deeniyat education.
